again changes must be done to maintain this kinship strenght...Many players including myself is waiting... news about game...personally i have no interest raiding at all,but for the good of this kin is important to raid regular bases.
VM-is still good fun raid
DN- also good fun and a little bit of challenge also.
BG-personally i dislike this raid coz its damn boring, but i willing to participate as far as other kinmembers think im am important part of sucess.

but for the health of this kin we need to raid thoses instances regular basics 1-3 times a week.or more
i havent talk to Mirk and Maska yet... but i have feeling that they would agree with me

so far Kaska was the raid leader and he did all this very good, but as u all know he is quitting the game, permanent.

so i was thinking that we need persons who is willing to but raids together and lead, its a hard task i know, i can lead raids but im diffrent then Kaska, i dont like to repeat every single detail all over again several times. and i hate pre raid sitution when i must wait for people and search for suitable classes people etc... i play this game for fun and that will ruin my fun.

so again that is my personal opinion and this still needs to discuss with all of you.
but if we have 1-many person/s who thinks he can do thoses tasks and perform well then its good. but the person must step up and choose your role, if not then this kin will fall apart.

if we find that kind of person then we are saved.

Definitely Kaska is a very hard act to follow and the individual/s whom so choose to pursue this role will need to be very special people indeed. I truly hope that someone will step up.

I think that a very important component toward forward momentum is knowing how serious the rest of the kin are with respect to future raids. Looking at the sign up for tomorrow's raid; may reflect either a lack of interest in raiding or non-usage of the raid sign up facility/forum on the part of the members. It is imperative that peeps show willing in this regard as our raid leader needs to know that there is a full group available.

My immediate question to everyone is; who will be serious about attending regular raids? A replacement raid leader may be a futile quest without a commitment from the troops.

If we can evaluate who will be attending regularly, fully prepared and on time, I am confident that we will have a great chance of someone stepping up and an even better chance of surviving the delay until the next update.

Personally I am available to raid all four days and happy to raid on my Captain and/or Minstrel (mns only has 120 rad).

I can attend raids at weekends no issue. Weekdays it seems the raids start at 7pm. Sometimes I'm available but mostly I get home for 8pm. Although I play everyday during the week my time is 8 - 10/11pm.

In my own kin we used to do the big raid, which was Dn on an early start on a Sunday. And the smaller ones ( turtle / watcher ) weeknights.

Maybe with a raid like BG you might want to do it a day when most are available. Sundays was our best day.

Anyway I hope a raid leader pops up. That person must have certain qualities that make a raid leader approachable and he must be patient and be ready to explain the raids. This explaining helps the new players in the raids. I've been with many raid leaders. Ones like kaska and my prevous raid leader are the best. They posess all the qualities needed to succeed.

It's a pity I never got to raid with kaska as I was working extremely hard to get there.

Oh well shit happens and if we get another raid leader I will support him 100% and help him find classes that he needs.

I hope kin don't fall apart.

if the content is boring to some or to all
if we raid or we don't
if some / many ppl have lost faith in this game
if some / many find that quitting or selling a char can even be called a solution
if some / many step up to be raid leaders or none does
if some / many act selfishly with no responsibiluty
if everything collapses and no1 remains

1 thing remains for sure: "u can never say that u all didn't love this game at 1 point and poor content for a period of time does't mean u should quit"
so stop hitting this game and be optimistic even if u log and /dance until they release new content or just quit without drama and never ever look back to this game cause enough is enough.

I think this is awesome. I played from start. I grinded out 2 champs to lvl 65! You know the problem with this game is I can't get enough of it.

But I'm a huge fan of the lore or lord of the rings. So no other game means anything to me for now or the near future.

I can fish in the shire and smoke pipe weed and be happy. Why?? Because no other mmo has the shire or pipeweed.
